Enriching Connections is the training program we provide our memory care staff. During the program, our staff will learn how to create meaningful relationships with residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Inspired by the helpful role that lifeguards play in keeping people safe, we’ve adapted a specialized program to teach residents how to gently look out for their friends and neighbors.
Our Certified Senior Lifeguards act as a warm, friendly extension of our daily team. They learn how to notice early warning signs or when a neighbor might need a little extra comfort or a friendly chat. It is a heartwarming way we celebrate our residents’ wisdom, foster deep bonds of friendship, and ensure that no one ever has to feel lonely or overlooked.

Our culinary team prepares three healthy, chef-led meals daily, served in our shared dining room with generous seating windows to promote stable, comfortable routines.
We love welcoming families to the table. Rogers neighbors, friends, and family coordinators are always invited to join our residents for any chef-prepared meal for a flat guest fee of just $12 per person.
